Bils, age 90, of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, died on Friday, April 12, 1996 at home. He was born on April 7. 1906 in Warren Township, Illinois, near Waukegan, Illinois, the son of the late Stephen F. and' Anna Schill Bils. He married Evelyn Brenton of Burlington, Wisconsin' on June 7, 1930 at Chicago, Illinois.

She died December 21, 1990. They had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in June of 1990. A graduate of Waukegan Township High School in 1923, then later attended Lake Forest College and Northwestern University. A Lake Mills resident since 1970, moving from Waukegan. He had been a longtime employee at the North Chicago Lumber Co.

Waukegan. A member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Watertown, Wisconsin. 1 He had been a charter member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Waukegan. He enjoyed sacred and classical music, playing the organ and piano.

He was a student of theology, history, geography, and loved the outdoors. Survivors include threes, sons, Stephen Jr. (Clare) of Melbourne, Florida, Charles (Margaret) of Madison and Richard (Jane) of Scottsdale, Arizona; two daughters, Helen Hill of Harvard, Illinois and Marjorie (Wesley) Norman of Lake Mills; 20 grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandsons; and nieces and nephews. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Frederick and Arnold. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 1996 at 11:00 a.m.

He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Thomas T.

Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born in Stratford, Wisconsin, on July 10, 1926, to Frank and Anna (Wennes) Fuller. She married James Paul Galka in Saginaw, Michigan, on February 16, 1952. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1964. "Vi" or as she was known affectionately, raised her four children alone.

She worked for many years at the Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. She retired in 1991. She was a 30 year memeber of Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Madison, until her recent move to Verona in 1995. Vi enjoyed Brewer Baseball, bowling, and loved spending time with her loved ones. She was always a joy to, be near and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is also preceded in death by her son, Timothy Paul on August 7, 1993, and recently by her beloved brother, Robert on January 12, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Bulah, Pearl, Irene, and Minnie; and her brothers, Clyde Joe. She is survived by her children, Terry (Pam) of Madison, of Belleville, and Tom of Montana; by grandchildren, Andrea, Kelsey and Kyle; and a sister and brother, Alice Biedel of Wisconsin Rapids and Elmer (Mannie) of Roswell, New Mexico. Heileman, Inez CHICAGO, WISCONSIN Inez Heileman, age died on Friday, April 12, 1996, at her home. She was born on April 2, 1918, at Cassville, the daughter of Albert and Louise (Reding) Heileman. She had lived in Chicago for about fifty years where she was employed as an independent housekeeper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded. in death by a sister, Irene She is survived by three sisters, Marge Heileman and Mary Heileman, both of Chicago, and Rosemary Uthe of Dubuque, Iowa; and a brother, Bernard (Anita) Heileman of Dickeyville.

She was a member of St. Mary's Health of The Sick Catholic Church, the Council of Catholic Women and the Good Neighbors Ladies Club. Survivors include her husband, Robert of Merrimac; three daughters, Sandra. Helen was an Administrative Assistant for the State of Wisconsin Treasury Department for 25 years. He was born on August 22, 1914, in Ashton, to Matt and Anna (Kalscheur) Ziegler. He married Dorothy Meffert on February 21, 1938, and she preceded him in death on June 17, 1992. Albin farmed all of his life in the Waunakee area.

He was a past Director of First Wisconsin Bank in Waunakee, and was also on the Board of Directors for Madison Milk Producers and AMPI for 20 years. He currently was Chairman of the AMPI Retirement Trust. Albin was a member of the committee for the St. Johns School Building Fund that was started in 1961. He was also a member of the Golden Waun-A-Club, the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree and St.

Johns Catholic Church. He is survived by three daughters, Patricia (Lawrence) Spahn of DeForest, Charlene (Edward) Hellenbrand of Waunakee, Virginia (Leroy) Adler of Waunakee; a son, Fred (Shirley) of Waunakee; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Charlotte Wagner of Waunakee, Eleanor (Ted) Lauber of Cross Plains, Evie Reinke of Middleton, Jane (Bud) Vosen of Middleton; two brothers, Leo (Jeanette) of Middleton, and Louis of Waunakee; two sistersin-law, Marie Ziegler of Waunakee Ellen (Syl) Acker of Middleton; also his special friendship with the Matt and Clara Meffert families; many nieces and nephews; and his faithful dog, PJ.
