@GetSpectrum Your employees have given my 84-yr-old mother a ridiculous run-around and have been very rude. Seems to be a major communication problem among your departments, and a home phone transfer should not take 10 or more days. She is owed an apology & quick service!

It's a good thing that Internet Service is not a life of death matter because @Ask_Spectrum introduces doubts about the outcome, with a suspicious outage, followed by 2 days for a truck roll that may incur yet another fee.

Waiting at @GetSpectrum to swap a cable box to complete our downgrade, 9th out of 15 on the list, no movement since we got here 20+ minutes ago. Someone else described #Spectrum stores as "just as bad as the DMV". Seems like an accurate description.

@GetSpectrum is the worst internet company on the planet!! My service is absolutely horrible! My internet never works! The customer service sucks! They have no same day scheduling. If my black ass wasn't leaving in 6 months I would go back to @ATT for my internet service!!

Spectrum needs a gut check on customer service. After not showing to an appointment or calling to inform us, you dont return calls the whole day to reschedule, then at 5:15 tell me I have to take more time off work for simple internet install, and no apology. 🤬@Ask_Spectrum

@GetSpectrum you're a joke of a company and service. For 4 weeks I have had inconsistent service paying for 100mgps and get 1mgps. 5 technicians, maintenance, and still no service!! Woohoo good job guys. I think it's time I jump ship to @ATT

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t need to DM. Your company is CRAP. You have to call to cancel but not call to use your own modem.You change to a monthly POS subscriptions and charge for services not rendered.

@SharkktoothTV @GetSpectrum Monopolies suck so bad and what’s worse is a lot if not all ISPs have some form of “hey ya know this is what your speeds can be there is no guaranteed minimum or you are not guaranteed your internet” so it’s harder to get a form of refund unless you call the right person

Good morning @Ask_Spectrum i have called 8 times within a 3 week period that either my internet is not working or there is a cable issue ie. error code STBT-3104. Your service is horrible
