Coldest weekend in like 30-40 years and @DukeEnergy decides to do rolling blackouts on Christmas Eve. Certainly a strategy. My mom and in laws woke up with no power or heat. Have to question if there was really no other option.

@DukeEnergy currently sitting in my powerless apartment that has terrible insulation. It is 18 degrees with wind chill. My power has been put since 9am. You are now telling me it will be 6pm before it will be back on. This is unacceptable. I will not be paying my bill.

@DukeEnergy That's why our power bills have went up because duke power ain't paying any of this we are with my power bill over 200 dollars and it is only me in the house.
