Shrine of Silence is a new Flashpoint added with Game Update 7.3 - Old Wounds in Star Wars: The Old Republic, which can be done in Solo, Veteran and Master Mode. With that comes new challenges, puzzles and achievements.

The Achievement can be found in your Legacy (Y) > Flashpoints > Shrine of Silence > General.
Hall of Luminescence Puzzle
Once you reach the Hall of Luminescence you are tasked with opening the door in order to progress further into the Flashpoint. To open this door, you need to solve a puzzle. If you want the Hidden Achievement, skip to You Smell Amazing.
You are presented with a pedestal with 3 braziers - two lit and one unlit.
(Lit braziers will be marked with red and unlit braziers will be marked with green)
Behind you, you will see two locked doors. The door to the right has a fourth and unlit brazier next to it, which is part of the locking mechanism to open the path to the back room.
Pick up the flame from either of the two lit braziers (I took #1, so that is what I will refer to). Bring flame #1 to the unlit brazier at the door (#4) and place the flame at the unlit brazier, which will open the door.
Run in and clear the enemies within. In the back room you will be presented with another pedestal with yet another three braziers - two unlit and one lit.
By now you might have guessed that you have to transfer the flame from the braziers in the main room to the braziers in the back room.
Pick up the flame from the lit braziers (#6), follow the path north and kill the enemies at the locked door. Bring flame #6 to the unlit brazier at the door (#8) and place the flame at the unlit brazier, which will open the door to the main room.
Now that this door is open, run out into the main room and pick up flame #1 again at brazier #4 at the first door, which will lock it again. That is fine, you won't need this entrance anymore, now that the other door is opened.
Bring flame #1 to the pedestal in the back room and place it in any of the unlit braziers. (I placed it in #5 that mirrors the original #1 brazier)
Run back out into the main room and pick up the final flame (#3) there. Bring it to the back room and place it in either of the unlit braziers. (I placed it in #3 that mirrors the original #7 brazier)
Now run to the open door to the lit brazier (#8) and pick of the flame. This will lock the door to the main room, but that's okay. You are done out there for now.
Bring the final flame to the last unlit brazier (#6) in the back room and place to complete the puzzle.
With all three flames placed together at one pedestal, a hidden door nearby is opened, behind you in fact, as well as the path to progress the Flashpoint has been opened.
Wonder What This Does...
Run into this new unlocked Alcove of the Secret Light and acquire the Fourth Flame. This is both to unlock the bonus mission Light in the Dark (Bonus), as well as granting you a buff called Flickering Flame, which will protect you from taking periodic damage throughout the Shrine of Silence.
Progress through the Flashpoint until you reach the Sith Temple: Collapsing Depths and place the flame on the lone Ancient Shrine. This will activate the final part of the Light in the Dark (Bonus) mission of locating and defeating the Ancient Gormak.
Find the Broken Bridge by turning left in the Sith Temple: Ruins Antechamber, cross it once its been raised and engage Kirba, the Forgotten.
During your fight with Kirba, a Reality Disruption Instigator panel on the wall to the left will become clickable. This will spawn three Cursed Commandos. While doing the mechanics of Kirba's attacks, defeat the thee Cursed Commandos, then repeat this once more during your fight in order to kill six of them for the Wonder What This Does... achievement.
You Smell Amazing
Thank you to Tyko and Sinrai for telling me about the hidden achievement, and thank you to MagSul, Plumblood and Glorfinniell for helping me "trial and error" the achievement.
For this achievement, instead of completing the puzzle, you have to reset it in order to gain a buff. To reset the puzzle, click the small Ritual Bowl at either pedestal to gain the buff Purified that you have to carry to the final boss, which will stay for 8 hours.
Important: You will loose the buff upon death, both from defeat by enemies and accidental death, and from AOE damage, including the Dark Corruption in the Corrupted Tunnels. It is highly recommended to finish the puzzle and pick up the Fourth Flame towards the Wonder What This Does... achievement above, because the Fourth Flame grants you the buff Flickering Flame, which will protect you from taking periodic damage in the Corrupted Tunnels.
You also have to avoid all red AOE attacks, whether that's from frontal cones, circles, and pushes from the Curse's tentacles. This includes the the lightning circles from the second boss fight with Tem-Su and Rada-Ki, even though they aren't marked as red. Also avoid the bonus boss fight with Kirba, Soul Coil and Nil-Uu, for the unnecessary exposure to AOE attacks.
Once you have succesfully avoided all AOE attacks, periodic damage and accidental deaths, you will receive the You Smell Amazing achievement, as well as Legacy Title The Untouchable and 25 achievement points.
This can be done on on both Solo, Veteran and Master Mode, but be aware that if you attempt it as a group, only one player will carry the Fourth Flame, so you have to stick together through the Corrupted Tunnels.
