Base pay range
$68,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

A Typical Day The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the execution of business specific processes using software development lifecycle and project management life cycle, develop and analyze reports and day to day administrative activities as needed. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on the Servicing Project Management (SPMO) team, you will be a key player in driving successful project outcomes. You'll leverage your analytical skills to support complex cross-functional projects that enhance our operational efficiency and technological capabilities. This role blends data-driven insights with project management expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst Will
Gather business requirements that affect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
Write, communicate and vet requirements with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understanding by business leaders/executives
Identify and manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project by understanding key stakeholders authority and influence as it pertains to business process
Conduct risk assessments using methods to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate those risks
Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plan through design and implementation phases and tracking test results to ensure changes are complete and accurate to finalized requirements
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in Loan Servicing and/or Loan Origination a plus
Data analysis experience a plus
Six Sigma experience/certification a plus
SQL Server/.NET, XML/EDI, or other BI Tools experience a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
