Awesome so glad Sharon thanks for telling us! Li-An will be happy to hear this, one of my full time assistants, because she actually created this recipe while she was on P2! Not one of the recipe developers. She actually won an award in Singapore for that recipe by a miracle noodle brand – cool huh!

Hi,
1st let me tell you what a blessing you have been to me!!
I have not yet tried this recipe, but I can’t wait to try it!
My question is this: let’s say I have this recipe and a different one for dinner and I haven’t reached 500 calories, would I add a fruit to one of my meals to make up the extra calories I am needing?Log in to Reply

Hey Katherine! Thank you for sharing those kind words, really and truly. If you haven’t had other fruit in the day, then for sure I could see adding a fruit. I think as long as you keep to the 2 servings or less of the fruits, yes that’s fine. Hope that helps!

I made this and it is AMAZING but I used ground chicken instead of beef. How much do you think that affected the calorie count? Thank you for all you do!

That’s a totally fine swap- if you are using 100g of your meat protein per serving on hCG, that’s all you need to track- the calories between the P2 meats in those 100g portions do vary alittle, but not by much and it’s nothing to be worried about. Love, Rayzel
