I do not go often as I should or would like, but I will not trust any other salon when I do go. I really love Lux and appreciate their professionalism and friendly atmosphere each time I visit. Debbie is always so nice to chat with and her work is consistently spot on whether I want to go short or long with my nails, she always does beautiful work. I cannot thank her enough.

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueSuch a massive disappointment. Paid for the more expensive pedicure because it advertised a lengthier massage and it was a total rip off. The nail tech went through the motions at top speed. He doesn’t put any effort into removing calluses and does not know to cut toe nails. My toe nails are crooked and jagged. The polish on my nails is blotchy and a fair amount left on my fingers. No surprise the polish has chipped off 6 hours later.In conclusion, I came home and cut my toe nails, filed my own calluses and repolished my nails.I paid $70 for garbage.Go anywhere else if you want a professional service for your money.Services:Pedicure,Gel manicures,ManicureSuch a massive disappointment. The waits are bad. My lil was on list for princess chair and got skipped and then no seat available next to her. Most workers aren’t social at all, it’s almost awkward and they act like babies and little girls are annoying even tho you’re good money. I came here with my daughter to get our nails done for a wedding this weekend. First off, the man doing my nails seemed very distracted and filed too much that he made (4) of my fingers bleed. He didn’t even stop or apologize but rather kept going. He ended up handing me off to someone else to finish and said his goodbyes and left, so I could tell he was rushing to leave. I get wanting to leave work on time but I would’ve rather waited extra for someone else to do my nails rather than them be rushed and bleeding.

If I could give less then a zero I would in a heart beat. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone even off the side of the streets as it’s probably dirtier then most dumpsters. I went to get my nails done with my boyfriend and kids and I got a full set and came home the same day I had green fungus coming out from my finger and it’s now turned into mrsa. I then called the nail salon and someone told me oh so sorry and hung up. Place is awful and needs to be shut down due to poor hygiene and the care for there customers.
