Emmy nominations 2024: Complete list (2024)

It's almost time for the Emmys — again.

Nominations for the 76th Emmy Awards were announced Wednesday, just six months after the strike-delayed 2023 ceremony.

The simultaneous monthslong SAG-AFTRA and Writers Guild of America strikes last year brought the entertainment capital to a grinding halt, resulting in fewer entries across categories this year. To be eligible for nomination for the 2024 Emmys, all entries must have been released between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024. The awards will take place Sept. 15 at the Peaco*ck Theater in Los Angeles and air on ABC.

“While this year has been marked by significant challenges for our industry and its workforce, there has been an abundance of remarkable programs, extraordinary performances and impactful storytelling,” Television Academy Chair Cris Abrego said in a news release.

Tony Hale of “Veep” and Sheryl Lee Ralph of “Abbott Elementary” — both Emmy winners themselves — announced some of the top nominees live from the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
