He answered all of my questions, did a fantastic job highlighting the features of my vehicle, and provided what was probably the best vehicle purchase experience I have had. I scheduled a test drive on-line, then drove from Kitsap County down to Lakewood after work. Due to my lack of follow-up, the car I wanted to see had not been transferred to that location. Michelle was very helpful, both offering to transfer the car, and searching for other options that met the specifics I wanted.A vehicle that turned out to be a much better fit for me, was sitting on the lot, ready to be transferred out of state. Michell and Matt quickly went to work, securing the vehicle and financing. I drove out in my 2019 Pathfinder, in just a couple of hours after arriving in my Enterprise rental. Michelle took care of returning my rental, right there on site, so there wasn't a need for an extra trip. Two thumbs up!! This was by far the easiest and most comfortable car purchase I have ever made. Big thanks to Michelle and Matt for their superior service. Will be back, and will definitely recommend Enterprise in Lakewood. More

Please do not settle like we did I went to Enterprise after being referred from a close friend and my local credit union. The staff was friendly and advised me of how I was a ‘VIP’ du I went to Enterprise after being referred from a close friend and my local credit union. The staff was friendly and advised me of how I was a ‘VIP’ due to the credit union I was referred by. My experience was not completely bad but looking back I wish that a few things were different. I felt pressured by the manager, Tom, to choose what vehicle we wanted shipped in after only an hour of browsing vehicles. I know this is typically an immediate red flag but we were willing to let this slide as we had been informed of great reviews. We ended up purchasing a SUV. I was unhappy that we requested the tank to be filled up but they had only filled it up over a quarter of a tank. We ended up having issues with the windshield wipers and air blowers/vents. Tom’s fix for the windshield wipers was new wipers. I had advised that there was a timing issue- not the wipers. I am still dealing with that issue and Washington state being the way that it is, I am dreading the constant rain. The wipers run into one another and make for a scary drive during a downpour of rain. We took the car in to get the blowers checked out. My spouse and Tom compared the performance to another vehicle that was the same make and model. Tom acknowledged how they were operating on a drastic different level. This was 7 days into having the vehicle and he asked us if we got the warranty. Really? I was shocked to hear this as we were still within the timeframe for any issues we found with the vehicle. After going back and forth, he took it to a mechanic in a different city as his local mechanic checked out the vehicle and after seeing how the vents did work (just not well) he said it was fine and dismissed us. I did appreciate Tom not accepting this as an answer. He tried to put us in a rental sedan because we didn’t have kids… we bought a SUV for a reason and it is irrelevant if we do or do not have kids. Fortunately, an assistant manager spoke with my spouse after he expressed his frustration with the rental situation and he got us in a rental SUV. Tom would not speak with my spouse regarding this issue which was very poor customer service in my opinion. The blower issue was never resolved, apparently the mechanic could not figure out what the issue is. I have had the vehicle since September now. We are very satisfied with the vehicle overall, I just wish things had gone differently with the salesmen at Enterprise. I do not think I would purchase from them again and if I did I would go to a different location and not settle for a sub-par experience. I do firmly believe their ‘thorough inspection’ process of their vehicles is not thorough at all.I will say on a positive note I appreciated how kind everyone was. They were not very knowledgeable on their vehicles but that is okay as I did the research myself. More

From the first phone call to driving off the lot, Jim L. and the Lakewood team are focused razor-sharp on getting you into the vehicle you want (and not the car the average competing dealer lot sales staff are trying to unload that day.) If they don't have your vehicle on the lot, you'll know very quickly how soon they can pull your ideal set of wheels out of their fleet and have it all ready for you. The paperwork? Oh, please, let me tell you .. there's none of that smoke and mirrors nonsense about "you write a number here and I'll take it to my manager for them to consider" that we've all experienced. You see their bottom line best number up front and immediately with no games played. We just bought our third Enterprise car and don't see any reason to change our approach now.
