Australia's biggest stars have started a lucrative side hustle and are putting their luxury holiday homes up for rent.

A whole host of celebrities have been snapping up multimillion properties around Australia and transforming them into swanky Airbnbs.

Karl Stefanovic has jumped on the trend and is making a dime on his stunning Noosa property.

Meanwhile,Samantha Armytage, who has justsigned a huge two-year deal with Channel Seven to continue on Farmer Wants A Wife, is also cashing in on her NSW coastal holiday let.

All properties are luxury pads with sprawling bedrooms and lavish amenities, including swimming pools.

And they are getting booked out regularly, with fans eager to not only wind down relax for a couple nights, but experience life as an Aussie TV star.

While Samantha, 47, lives in the Southern Highlands, she also transformed a coastal cottage in Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay, into a modern beachside haven.

Perfect for an idyllic break, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is available as a short-term holiday rental for a staggering $1200 per night, with a three-night minimum stay.

The property boasts stunning nature views and is just a short walk from the iconic Hyams Beach and other local amenities.

The home'sgorgeous architecture, exquisite design and desirable location make it the perfect property for couples and families.

However, the sprawling pad could soon leave the market as Samantha put it up for sale for $3.2million in December.

If the listing price is matched, Samantha could secure a huge $1.4million profit on the home, but it is not believed to have yet sold.

The sprawling property, dubbed Villa Isabella, is available to rent for holiday lets for an eye-watering $1000 per night.

The modern home boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool and sits on a cliff overlooking the popular shoreline in southeast Queensland.

The listing describes Karl's property as an 'architecturally designed home' that offers guests 'comfort and relaxation at its finest'.

TheNoosa escape is spread over three levels, with the middle level featuring an open plan kitchen and a dining and large living area with large glass sliding doors.

Two of the main bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms also sit on the middle level, while two more bedrooms with king-sized beds sit on the top floor.
